By accessing or using this Website, registering for or purchasing any of our services, or submitting any information to Company through this Website or otherwise, you agree to be bound by these T&C Whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use our Website or purchase any services.

The content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, code, and software (the "Content") is the property of Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Content for non-commercial, personal use only as outlined in these T&C. Any commercial distribution, publishing or exploitation of the Content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained prior written consent from us or are otherwise permitted by law.  

3. Photography/Video Permission for Live Events  

By attending any live event held or sponsored by Company, you authorize Company the perpetual right to reuse, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute photographs, video or audio recordings of your likeness, taken while attending the event, for any purpose without compensation to you. Requests to opt out can be made by contacting us at support@themichaelblank.com prior to the event. 

4. Purchase Terms

Additional terms of use may apply to certain purchases through our Website. Please review all applicable terms and conditions fully, including obtaining any clarifications needed prior to making a purchase, as all purchases are final.  

5. Live Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of in-person events and venues requiring attendance commitments in advance, cancellations and refunds can only be provided per the following terms. Up to 30 days prior to the event you can cancel your registration for a full refund. From 10-30 days prior, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund and/or can be applied to other Company services or future event(s). Cancellation requests made less than 10 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but in most cases could be transferred to a friend. When you register, you agree to these terms.

6. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&C or the Website shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) then in effect. You agree that any arbitration or permitted legal claim against Company will be made solely on an individual basis, and you will not initiate or participate in any class action or collective action against Company.
